Led by Gelato Technical Manager Jonny Ireland, this is a course to help gelato makers with decorating techniques, using moulds, cremini techniques and also shaping domed gelato. It will also include how the recipe should be structured for good shape and finish.
With practical hands-on training, attendees will decorate their own pans and leave with a certificate upon completion.
