The course contents are as follows…
- Ingredients for gelato/ ice cream- What to use and the basic science behind them
- Method for balancing gelato/ ice cream
- Attendee’s will leave with a written method to build a recipe and a recipe building table. Also a copy of the full presentation. They will also have written at least 2 recipes by hand. They will also leave with a certificate upon completion
Please note this course is for commercially made gelato/ice cream and not for home use.
