Jonny has had extensive training from different parts of the Ice Cream sector., After gaining a lot of his knowledge from a large range of Antonelli customers from all over the county he started to use his skills at home with a small commercial batch freezer to develop recipes. He then took his knowledge to a new level when he trained in Advanced Gelato making over in Bologna Italy. Always keen to learn more, Jonny has also visited pastry and gelato chefs and also hosts them in the Antonelli Gelato Academy. Ultimately though, he is mainly driven by his passion for gelato and training.
