I was invited down to Manchester to spend the day with Jonny Ireland, to help develop some recipes for the Ice Cream Manufacturer that i work for. Being new to Ice Cream development, Jonathan dedicated his day to teaching me the basics from his ‘ So you want to make Gelato’ Course. This followed with demonstrations of the recipes we had created. Jonathan is highly skilled and knowledgeable in this field and has a great way of communicating what he is explaining to make it easy to digest. I came away feeling confident in my ability to balance an Ice Cream recipe. Not only that but he prepared me lunch and David Antonelli joined us, which was lovely. This company go above and beyond to support their customers, exceeding expectation. I had a great day with Jonny and came away with some delicious samples and lots of ideas for future recipes.
