Jonny was a great teacher. Using our own farm raw milk he developed a base to use and it is phenomenal! Created 6 gelatos and gained a lot of business knowledge.

We learned a lot and feel much more confident now. The gelato was tested by family, who have invested in the business so that was really nice, and the kids, and all got a massive thumbs up. Particular favourites are the hazelnut, pistachio, salted caramel and vanilla.
You gave up so much time and put such a lot of energy into the day and we are very grateful.
