Specialist Ice Cream Training Courses

Once you have learnt the basics of ice cream or gelato making you may wish to perfect your styles and recipes.  For this, we offer our specialist ice cream training courses which run at various times throughout the year depending on demand. These can be arranged on a one to one basis or in a group.  We can focus on developing recipes using your local ingredients, including bringing your own milk if desired.  Some of the courses we offer include Facts about Fats, Vegan Recipes, Season Launch (invitation only), Better Sorbetto, Base Jumping, MasterClass, Artisan Gelato with Alcohol.  However, if you are looking for a training course about something else, such as sugars, chocolate etc then do ask us and we can arrange a course to suit your requirements.  See also our One 2 One training courses.
