Antonelli ice cream training has decided to change the role titles of all our team who go out and visit customers across the country, to reflect the service that they provide. Our ‘Business Relationship Managers’ aim to do just that – build relationships with customers and support them as their businesses grow. Antonelli has an ever growing reputation for ‘service beyond the sale’. Our customer facing team has now grown to five Business Relationship Managers covering the UK, plus our National Technical Manager, National Sales Manager and of course our Technical & Sales Director – Mark Antonelli who can be found anywhere from Dorset to Scotland, Ireland to East Anglia and occasionally in Manchester!

In recent years Antonelli has expanded their team on the ground to give complete coverage across the UK, with additional roles in Scotland and the South East. Our newest role to be added is in the South West of the UK where Emma Ireland is excited to be developing the Antonelli ice cream training business, supporting parlours, gelaterias, manufacturers and wholesalers in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset. As a real ‘foodie’, Emma is passionate about ice cream and loves the creativity involved in making ice cream and gelato. Supporting customers in the South West with world leading ice cream and gelato making ingredients from MEC3 as well as freshly made ice cream cones made in Manchester, Emma is in her element.

With family roots in the South West Emma is delighted to be back in the area after spending time ‘up North’. Many of you based in the South West will already have met Emma on one of her visits to your area or at one of the local shows. If it is technical advice or training you are interested in, you may be interested in our ice cream training courses or some tips from our National Technical Manager. Sometimes this is as simple as phone conversation but if it is more involved it may be necessary for us to organise a visit to your parlour/gelateria to experiment with some recipes or book you on one of our appropriate training courses at the Antonelli Gelato Academy.
