Our One 2 One ice cream training courses allow us to spend time finding solutions to individual questions and focus on key issues particular to one customer.
When visiting customers all round the country our Business Relationship Managers recognise that when making your own artisan gelato or ice cream it is not unusual to come across challenges specific to your making process and ingredients. We encourage our customers to continue with their traditional and cultural recipes but sometimes this requires fine balancing and experimentation to achieve the best results. Our One 2 One training courses are specific to a particular customer’s requirements they are bespoke, but where a number of customers share the same interest we can provide the training to small groups. Some of our customers even bring their own local milk with them. Topics included in these kind of courses include developing new recipes and using innovative ingredients.
