You can read more about these in our blog. We will continue to run the online sessions to enable access to the SYWTMG course for all.  However we are pleased to report that we have also restarted our face to face SYWTMG course for a maximum of 6 attendees. For all other courses please do register your interest for when we resume our full schedule. We can offer One 2 One courses or we can devise new courses to suit demand.

We also offer specialist ice cream training courses, for those of you whom have learnt the basics of ice cream making and want to perfect your styles and recipes.
