Special dietary requests are no longer few and far between, they are part of every day life, as the public have become more aware of the food they are consuming and the impact on either their bodies or the environment.  Our ‘So You Want to Make Vegan Gelato’ course looks at a variety of recipes and techniques you can employ to create an amazing range of vegan gelato flavours without compromising on taste or texture. We also cover the differing criteria that are demanded from the various vegan stand points.
