So You Want to Make Semifreddo – equipment, products & process Dec ’20

This course is for those who are interested in starting to make semifreddo cakes and will be hosted by our International gelato guru – Momo Baba (MEC3).  Momo has joined us for other courses in the last few months as you may have experienced first hand, alternatively read more .

During the day we cover:

  • what equipment you will need
  • new products required
  • the process of making semifreddo
  • decorating

Attendees will receive the following…

  • Semifreddo ingredients to be able to make 40 individual cakes (base, topping and crumbs)
  • Moulds to make cakes
  • Specialist spatula’s
  • Full day training with specialist chef Momo

The course cost is £400+ VAT (£50 per extra person from the same business)

This is a full day course running from 10:00 to 16:00.
