ONLINE So You Want to Make Gelato (SYWTMG)

Our SYWTMG face to face sessions have been very popular over the last few years.  As we are unable to hold these currently due to the restrictions relating to Covid-19 we have reworked this course to provide you with online ice cream training, so you don’t have to wait for face to face sessions to resume.  Sessions will be held using Microsoft Teams.

  2. The main qualities of Artisan Ice Cream/ Gelato
  3. The process of production
  4. The ingredients of Gelato
  5. Sorbets and chocolate
  6. Where and how to set up
  7. Machinery needs
  8. How much does it cost
  9. Basic Ice Cream recipe building

The objective of the course is to provide the basic information of what is required to join the Ice Cream industry and what costs it may incur. The last part of the course is how to build a basic base recipe from scratch and the method to writing a recipe.

First Monday of each month, starting 7 December 2020.
