Cow to Cone – making more from your farm milk – Oct 19

This one day seminar covers all elements of what needs  to be considered and planned to start an ice cream business on a farm.  There will be a demonstration of how machinery is used to make a typical farm ice cream (if you wish to take some home bring a cool box and ice packs).

Standard  £50 booking fee, however for the first four farms to book its FREE.

Numbers are limited so early booking is recommended, up to two people per farm.
