Artisan Gelato with Alcohol – alcohol & the science of freezing Mar ’20

This course focuses on how to introduce alcohol into your cabinet.  Whilst this always sounds like an exciting prospect, it is important to get the balance just right so the delicate flavours are not overpowered and the science of freezing is not upset.  A current favourite is Gin & Tonic with the rebirth of gin and the trendy gin bars that are popping up all over the UK.  However we also look at making products using craft beers and wines.
