Our full time National Technical Manager is on hand to answer your technical questions. We provide ice cream training courses at the Antonelli Gelato Academy or on your premises across the UK if so desired.

With over 100 years in the business, we are now the only UK manufacturer of all types of ice cream cone. Antonelli is the sole UK distributor for Italian company MEC3 (who make world-leading flavours and ingredients). This makes Antonelli unique in the industry.  The Antonelli name is well known and respected amongst wholesalers, ice cream manufacturers and parlour owners alike. Mark Antonelli

Sales & Technical Director

Mark and his brother David are the 4th generation of Antonellis to manage the family business. Mark has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in making and selling ice cream and gelato. Mark provides specialist training and technical direction at the Antonelli Gelato Academy and with customers across the UK.

Jonnathan Ireland

National Technical Manager

Jonny leads the ice cream training courses and provides ongoing technical support to customers across the UK, both at the Antonelli Gelato Academy and on customers premises.

Gabbie Ryder

Customer Services Manager

Gabbie manages all the course bookings (such as the gelato training courses and ice cream training courses) and liaises with customers. Gabbie will also provide you with advice on logistics if required.
