As a family company, with the heritage of four generations of making ice cream cones we are passionate about ice cream excellence. With over 100 years in the business, we are now the only UK manufacturer of all types of ice cream cone, as well as the sole UK distributor for Italian company MEC3 (who make world leading flavours and ingredients). This makes Antonelli unique in the industry. As pioneers in the UK ice cream market, the Antonelli name is well known and respected amongst wholesalers, ice cream manufacturers and parlour owners alike. Twice our company has been approached by the BBC resulting in our factory featuring on the Great British Bake Off as well as the Cbeebies programme ‘Do You Know?’

With our personal approach to our customers, backed up by our bespoke ice cream training facility – the Antonelli Gelato Academy is the only one of its kind in the UK.  As a company we are dedicated to supporting our customers across the UK which is why we have a full time National Technical Manager to answer your technical questions as well as provide training at the Academy as well as on your premises if required.

Mark Antonelli

Sales & Technical Director

Mark and his brother David are the 4th generation of Antonellis to manage the family business. Mark has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in making and selling ice cream and gelato. Mark provides specialist training and technical direction at the Antonelli Gelato Academy and with customers across the UK.

Jonnathan Ireland

National Technical Manager

Jonny leads the ice cream training courses and provides ongoing technical support to customers across the UK, both at the Antonelli Gelato Academy and on customers premises.

Gabbie Ryder

Customer Services Manager

Gabbie manages all the course bookings and liaises with customers. Gabbie will also provide you with advice on logistics if required.

Denys Doros

Customer Services Administrator

Denys assists Jonnathan with the courses and organises all important refreshments.
